1. Order Cancellation

We will be unable to cancel the order, once it has been placed on the website.

2. Complaints and Grievances

In case if you have any product or post- delivery complaints/grievances, you must notify us within 15 days of having received the order.*
Please share package opening video for us to take a suitable action.
If your ordered products have arrived in a physically damaged or defective condition or are different from what was ordered, request you to reach out to us*

3. Delivery Status

For any delivery related issue request you to please notify us within 7 days of having received your delivery confirmation message from our delivery partner..
Suitable action will be taken accordingly.

4. Refunds and Returns

Only defective and damaged products can be returned within 4 working days from the day of delivery. The refund amount will be processed within 15 working days.

5. Wallet Cashback TnC’s

1. Offer valid for India users only.
2. The cashback will be in the form of Chulbul Wallet cash which can be redeemed with your next Transaction/ Shopping with us.
3. The cashback will expire after 3 months (Basis RBI guidelines, we need to have a mandatory expiry of the cashback amount in your Chulbul wallet. We are giving you a window of 90 days to use your cashback after which it will expire)
4. Cashback amount cannot be clubbed with any other discount code.
5. Maximum cashback that can be earned is 2500
6. As per Cashback policy, the user will be eligible to avail 50% of available cashback. During Cashback Sale or any other kind of Sale, NO WALLET REDEMPTION is allowed. Check your cashback amount on https://chulbulbunny.com/my-account.
7. Under no circumstances will you be entitled to withdraw the eligible cashback amount into your bank account or otherwise ask for a cash withdrawal. The cashback amount will be applied as a discount for your eligible purchases. The cashback amount cannot be credited into any pre-paid instrument issued under applicable RBI laws.
8. If the order is cancelled by Chulbul Bunny Store /refunded by the merchant, the cashback that has been awarded to your account will be withdrawn.
9. In case of cancellations/ refunds where awarded cashback is used or for partial cancellations, a refund will be processed as per Chulbul Bunny Store policies.
10. In cases of fraudulent/suspicious transactions, Chulbul Bunny Store solely reserves the right to revoke the cashback offer/ not award the cashback at all.
11. In addition to the above, this offer is also subject to Chulbul Bunny Store’s general Terms of Use.

7. International Shipping

1. International orders typically reach customer within 15 days.
2. Shipping charges are calculated by kilogram. The final shipping charge will be communicated with customer over phone call or WhatsApp message.
3. Your shipment could be subject to Customs Duty Charge/Import Duty/VAT/ Other applicable government taxes on arrival in the destination country.
4. These charges would have to be paid by the customer. The brand is not liable to pay them under any circumstances.
5. The shipping charges mentioned in the total order value do not include the taxes mentioned above.
6. The shipping charges mentioned on the shipping page do not include the above-mentioned taxes/duties.
7. All international orders are final and no returns will be accepted; therefore it is the buyer’s responsibility to order the correct items/products.
